Gary Freeman, Director, President & CEO
Mr. Freeman is a Vancouver based entrepreneur and financier who has held a number of executive positions and been instrumental in financing, marketing and shareholder relations' capacities with several junior exploration companies. Mr. Freeman has over 23 years of valuable experience in the industry, including a number of years in the brokerage industry. Mr. Freeman was also President and CEO of Pediment Gold Corp until it was acquired by Argonaut Gold Inc. in January 2011. Mr Freeman is also the President of Indico Resources Ltd.
Henk van Alphen, Director
Henk van Alphen is also the Chairman and a director of International Tower Hill Mines, President of Cardero Resource Corp. and is active with a number of other publically traded companies. Henk has been in the mining business for 24 years. He started, initially, as a successful exploration/drilling contractor, and then became the President of Pacific Rim Mining Corp., where he laid the foundation for Pacific Rim to become a successful South American based resource company. He served as Vice-President of Corriente Resources Inc. from 1994 to 1999, following which he became the President of Cardero Resources in 1999. Henk was elected Chairman of International Tower Hill Mines in 2006.
Godfrey Walton, M .Sc., P. Geo., Director
Godfrey J. Walton is Director, President and COO of Endeavour Silver Corp and the President of G.J. Walton &Associates Ltd. and has acted as Vice President for Canarc Resource Corp. since 1995. Godfrey is a Professional Geologist with 32 years experience in the mining sector, specializing in the exploration and development of ore deposits. Godfrey holds a B.Sc. Geology (Honours) degree, from the University of Alberta, Edmonton AB, 1974 and a M.Sc. Geology degree, from Queens University, Kingston ON, 1978. From 1974 to 1993, he worked as project and senior geologist for INCO, Chevron Minerals and Hemlo Gold Mines, managing exploration and development programs for uranium, precious metals and base metals in Canada and the Lisheen zinc-lead-silver discovery/mine in Ireland. Since 1993, Godfrey has acted as geological consultant with G.J. Walton and Associates Ltd in the evaluation and management of mineral projects throughout North America, South America and Europe. He has published several geological/geochemical papers in leading technical journals and is an active member of APEGBC, CIMM, MAC, SEG, PDAC and BCYCM.
Dr. Mark Cruise, Director
Dr. Cruise is President & CEO of Trevali Resources Corp and Vice President Business Development at Cardero Resource Corp. A base metal specialist, Dr. Cruise completed his PhD on the Irish Zinc-Lead orefield and has extensive global base metal experience ranging from grass-roots exploration through to production in Europe and the America's. Dr. Cruise worked with Anglo American plc for 8 years, his most recent position being project manager for Anglo's Baja California Norte -- IOCG Belt project. Dr. Cruise became Vice President Exploration for Cardero in 2004 with responsibility for their Peruvian, Argentinean and Mexican portfolio. Dr. Cruise joined Trevali in 2008 and has been instrumental in fast tracking development at the Santander polymetallic mine in Peru along with partner Glencore International.
Peter Mordaunt, P.Geo, ICD.D, Director
Mr. Mordaunt is a Registered Professional Geoscientist with over 25 years of experience in mining, mine development and advanced exploration, including 18 years of experience in Mexico. Mr. Mordaunt recently retired in January 2010 from his role as Chairman and CEO of Stingray Copper Inc., which he founded, managed and merged with Mercator Minerals Ltd. in December 2009. Previously he founded, managed and merged Corner Bay Silver Inc. with Pan American Silver Inc in 2003. Mr. Mordaunt's business skills have been focused on advanced project development leading to bankable feasibility studies, finance, mergers and acquisitions for more than 20 years. Mr. Mordaunt graduated from the University of Guelph in 1984. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and has the Professional Certification as ICD.D which is recognized both nationally and internationally.
Chris Theodoropoulos, Director
Chris has also served as Chairman of Africo Resources, formerly a private subsidiary of Rubicon Minerals since March 2007. Chris received his civil law degree (BCL) in 1981 and his common law degree (LLB) in 1982, both from McGill University. For the past 20 years he has practiced principally in the fields of corporate, securities, mining and commercial law involving publicly traded companies. Chris has held a number of directorships in public companies involved in the mining and technology sectors and has also been involved in the resolution and settlement of commercial disputes.
Peter Wong, C.A., Chief Financial Officer
Peter also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Alterra Power Corp. and has held a number of progressive senior financial management positions with a number of mineral exploration stage, development stage and producing companies, including treasurer for the Huckleberry mine, Chief Financial Officer of Rubicon Minerals Corporation and Chief Financial Officer of Pediment Gold Corp. Mr. Wong is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Canada and holds a B. Comm. from the University of British Columbia. From 1989 to 1992, he articled with the accounting firm of Deloitte and Touche in Vancouver and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1992
Dayna Leigh, Corporate Secretary
Dayna Leigh has been Corporate Secretary of Ethos Gold Corp. since June 2010. She was Corporate Secretary for Pediment Gold Corp. from April 2007 until January 2011, when Pediment was taken over by Argonaut Gold Inc. Ms. Leigh has also been the Corporate Secretary for Becker Gold Mines Ltd. since May 2008.

Peter Tallman, P.Geo., Consultant
Mr. Tallman is a Registered Professional Geologist with over 29 years of experience in management and mineral exploration worldwide. Mr. Tallman was involved in the discovery and delineation of the million ounce Hope Brook Gold Mine with BP-Selco during 1982 -- 1987, and the Beaver Brook Antimony Mine with Noranda during 1988 -- 1991. Mr. Tallman has also previously held positions such as Vice President, Exploration for Prime Equities International Corp., Vice President of Rockvale Resources Limited. In 2002 Mr. Tallman was appointed as and is currently, President, CEO and director of Messina Minerals Inc., which discovered the Boomerang zinc deposit in 2005. Mr. Tallman graduated with a B.Sc. from the University of Western Ontario in 1984
James M. Dawson, P. Eng., Consultant
Mr. Dawson has served as President of Dawson Geological Services Ltd since 1985.He has been involved in the exploration and evaluation of mineral properties worldwide, with a particular emphasis on Latin America. As a partner with Kerr, Dawson &Associates Ltd. from 1972 -1985, Mr. Dawson participated in the discovery of the Blackdome Mine, Frasergold and Taurus Properties in British Columbia and the Big Horn Mine in Arizona. Mr. Dawson is a registered professional engineer with 40 years of hands-on fieldwork experience examining, exploring and evaluating a wide range of geological and mineralized settings around the globe. Mr Dawson has provided his assistance and guidance to a number of public and private companies over the years including Minefinders Corp. where he has been an independent director since 1996.
Daniel MacNeil, M.Sc., Consultant
Dan MacNeil graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with a B.Sc. in Geology and holds a M.Sc. (Geology) from The University of British Columbia. Dan was hired by Anglo American in 2001 where he was involved in lead-zinc exploration in the Selwyn Basin and nickel exploration in the Thompson Nickel and Cape Smith Nickel belts. Dan worked for Barrick Gold Corp. (2003-2010) where he assisted with near-mine exploration at the Eskay Creek Gold Mine, developed underground exploration targets at the Hemlo Mine and generated gold exploration targets (grassroots and advanced-stage, third-party acquisition targets) throughout Canada and Alaska. Dan is Senior Geologist at Cardero Resources.
